BANDUNG SOUP RECIPE
Material:
- 400 grams of lean beef dagug
- 200 grams of radish ( peeled , knead with salt , clean )
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- 1 stalk lemongrass , crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 segment ginger , crushed
- Salt to taste
Seasoning mashed :
- 7 onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
Equipment:
- Diced tomatoes
- Fried soy beans
- Leek and finely chopped leaves selendri
- Fried onion
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Tomato chili sauce
How to cook:
- Boil the meat until tender , cut into cubes
- Saute the ingredients are mashed with oil until fragrant , put saute the
ingredients together horseradish , lemon grass, ginger and bay leaves into the
boiling broth .
- Add salt and stir well. Simmer until cooked , remove from heat .
- When served , sprinkle the soup with chopped tomatoes , fried soy beans ,
leeks, celery , fried onions, soy sauce and vinegar .
- In addition , if you like add the sauce .
