BANDUNG SOUP RECIPE

Bandung soup


Material:

  • 400 grams of lean beef dagug
  • 200 grams of radish ( peeled , knead with salt , clean )
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
  • 1 stalk lemongrass , crushed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 segment ginger , crushed
  • Salt to taste


Seasoning mashed :

  • 7 onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg


Equipment:

  • Diced tomatoes
  • Fried soy beans
  • Leek and finely chopped leaves selendri
  • Fried onion
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Tomato chili sauce


How to cook:

  • Boil the meat until tender , cut into cubes
  • Saute the ingredients are mashed with oil until fragrant , put saute the ingredients together horseradish , lemon grass, ginger and bay leaves into the boiling broth .
  • Add salt and stir well. Simmer until cooked , remove from heat .
  • When served , sprinkle the soup with chopped tomatoes , fried soy beans , leeks, celery , fried onions, soy sauce and vinegar .
  • In addition , if you like add the sauce .
