FRIED MEAT SAUCE CHOPPED RECIPE


Material:

500 grams of minced meat
3 cloves minced garlic

Salt to taste
Nutmeg powder to taste
500 grams of bread flour
2 chicken eggs
2 tablespoons oil , for frying
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass , crushed
1 vertebra galangal , crushed
500 milliliters of milk
100 grams of peas

Softened seasoning:

10 red chilies
6 red onions
4 cloves garlic
4 grains of walnut

How to cook:

  1. Mix meat , garlic , salt , pepper , nutmeg and stir well. Add breadcrumbs and eggs , mix well. Take 1 teaspoon of dough , round the size of marbles , do until the dough runs out .
  2. Boil water , put meat balls , floats and boiled until cooked , remove and drain .
  3. Stir-fry until fragrant spices . Enter the bay leaves, lemongrass and ginger and stir well. Pour the coconut milk and cook until boiling .
  4. Insert meat balls , and cook until the sauce slightly dries . Will be appointed shortly , input peas , stir until smooth .
